A near lifelong resident of Michigan, Todd spent five years practicing law at Bowerman, Bowden and Moothart in Traverse City, Michigan. There Todd focused his practice on business litigation and real estate law. Although he was offered the opportunity to become a shareholder with the firm, Todd instead chose to come to Indianapolis to be with his fiancee, Grace and her two children. Todd moved himself, his Persian cats, Karabekia ("Beaker") and Thumper, and his cockatiel, Brunch, to Indiana, hoping he will never again have to snow blow his driveway in the middle of May. Todd and Grace were married on April 29, 2006 in a ceremony officiated by Russ Sipes.
Since joining George & Sipes as well as other lawsuits including well publicized class actions against telecommunications companies. Todd has immersed himself in numerous mesothelioma and asbestos-related injury cases. He firmly believes that it is his job not just to know and argue the law, but to help and counsel injured people during one of the most difficult and trying times of their lives.
