A near lifelong resident of Michigan, Todd spent five years practicing law at Bowerman, Bowden and Moothart in Traverse City, Michigan. There Todd focused his practice on business litigation and real estate law. Although he was offered the opportunity to become a shareholder with the firm, Todd instead chose to come to Indianapolis to be with his fiancee, Grace and her two children, Alexandra and Jacob. Todd and Grace were married on April 29, 2006 in a ceremony officiated by Russ Sipes. Their daughter, Erin, was born on December 14, 2007.
Since joining George & Sipes, Todd has worked on numerous asbestos and other occupational disease cases, as well as other complex litigation matters. Todd is also involved with most of the firm's workers compensation cases. He firmly believes that it is his job not just to know and argue the law, but to help and counsel injured clients and their families during some of the most difficult and trying times of their lives.
